I ordered from Amara thinking I’d be waiting around for ages, but the delivery turned up so fast it felt a bit dramatic. One minute I’d placed the order, the next it was practically at my door. No hassle, the updates were clear enough, and everything went smoothly. Very pleasantly surprised.

It showed up in great shape, so I was happy about that. The packaging was neat and clearly done with care, but i was in one of those moods where undoing all the extra layers felt like a bit much.

I had to send a few things back to amara.com because the colour wasn’t quite what I expected. The return process was simple enough and I got my refund after about a week. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the return updates could’ve been a bit clearer, but overall it wasnt a big issue.

I first went on Amara just to look for some cushions, but I ended up browsing bedding and a few kitchen bits as well. That’s probably what I like most about it, there’s a really good range, so once you start looking you can usually find something that suits your style. Some things are definitely on the pricier side, but from my experience the amount of choice makes it easy to compare options and pick something you actually like.

The product photos were clear and there was enough info for me to feel okay about ordering. Checkout was quick too, with no strange extra steps or annoying pop-ups, which I appreciated.

I got my order confirmation straight away, so that part was smooth. The only thing is I had a small question and felt a bit ignored when I didn’t really get much of a response, but overall it was still a decent shopping experience and I’d probably use them again.

Support did get it sorted in the end. It took a bit longer than I expected, but they were helpful once they got back to me...

I’m always on the lookout for things that make my place feel a bit more “me” without costing a fortune, and a couple of the items looked way more expensive than they actually were. Delivery was straightforward too, no hassle or drama. I’d definitely shop there again next time I want to freshen up my home without spending silly money.
